I love Chesterbrook. It is such an awesome community! The schools are great and the people here are lovely and nice. There are so many opportunities here such as jobs. The communities are very diverse and I find it very family friendly. Thought the pricing here is a little expensive, it is definitely worth it! Chesterbrook schools include Conestoga High School, and TE Middle School, both are great public schools and ranked fairly high in the country. The staff and workers are awfully nice and make your experience amazing. So what are you waiting for? Come move to Chesterbrook now!
We love Chesterbrook!
We recently relocated from CA for a work assignment and found Chesterbrook to be everything we could hope for.
Quiet, safe, friendly, well kept neighborhoods with excellent schools. Lots of parks and nice walking trails within the entire community. Nearby access to all major bike trails as well. Great location with easy access to all major areas. Strong real estate investment value for home owners and renters.

Before living in Chesterbrook, I lived in Northeast Philadelphia with my four siblings and parents. When I had gotten the news we would be moving to Chesterbrook I was undoubtedly heartbroken as I would be leaving my friends and family behind in Philadelphia. However, after having spent a year living within Chesterbrook, I can say it is one of the safest neighborhoods I have lived in. The area is very family friendly, has amazing schools, and full of color. However, with great areas come downfalls. The lack of diversity within the area is quite disappointing coming from a mid suburban area. The area is also extremely costly due to the conditions of Chesterbrook and is amazing school district, making it difficult to give it a 5/5 rating.
