People out here drive like maniacs and have bad road rage. The development is also too rapid to the point the city cant afford to build any more places. The neighborhoods are also poorly designed, house on top of house and no more trees/woods left so it is not a beautiful city any more. Aside from that, just a decent city to live and HUGE diversity...

Chamblee is an up and coming suburb of Atlanta that offers great ethnically diverse shops and restaurants. Located within the perimeter, the Chamblee section of Buford Highway contains some of the most highly ranked Asian and Mexican restaurants that won't break the bank. The Chamblee MARTA station is close to whomever lives nearby, however pedestrian safety is a bit below city average. There are very few designated bike lanes and most sidewalks are sparse and unkempt. It borders on I85, making commutes to local Atlanta areas very easy.
The community is welcoming with many activities near by. Along with being close to Buford Hwy., there are many close and excellent restaurants. I wish the schools would get better.
