I've lived in Chambersburg my entire life and it has absolutely everything you could ever want in a small town... if you're a 60 year old. Growing up here you get used to everything Chambersburg has to offer really fast. Our dying mall goes to show our town could be better. The saving grace though has to be the relatively new Chik-Fil-A that every single teen has been to several times. I guess Chambersburg isn't really as bad as I'm making it out to be, it's a mellow little town and it's making me so much more excited to get on with my life and go to college and experience more of the world. All of my family lives here too so I guess either way I'll end up coming back here for a little while after I graduate college.

Chambersburg has an amazing selection of small businesses, and also has quick access to some larger stores as well. I deliver groceries and pizza around the town, and have gone to just about every part of Chambersburg. It has its nice, small town areas that are ideal for walks and with the new Library and courthouse renovations there is a lot to experience even if you have already visited Chambersburg in the past.
Chambersburg is clean, quiet and a safe place to live. There is not much nightlife but I think that is why most people live there. People like to work in their gardens and spend time at home with their family. Chambersburg is scenic with its beautiful mountains and wildlife. You can expect to see anything from an occasional turkey to a family of deer. Chambersburg also has the conveniences you may find in a big city such as great restaurants and shopping but without all the congestion. Chambersburg is a great place to raise a family or retire.
