There is no best/worst area of the town because the town isn't big enough to have areas. Everything is the same. There are very few houses that indicate affluence, and there are also very few houses that indicate poverty. The cost of living is very low, so the housing cost is very low as well.
In a small town, everybody knows everybody. It's almost impossible to maintain a sense of anonymity.
I wouldn't have wanted to grow up anywhere else, but it's too small to spend your life after high school living in because there are very few employment options.
