Tbh I lived here half my life, I’m 16 for me on my block all the kids are out having fun. I’m the oldest so I watch the kids hood fun walking to parks and stuff, I would recommend only doing that with a group of friends. Most people aren’t nice here ima be honest if your nice, we will be nice school wise it’s all black and Hispanic a few Asians and white kids. Just be nice and mind your business for the best experience. MIND YOUR BUSINESS and I promise not many people will bother you and just show respect
I've lived in this town my whole life and I love it! There's diversity and a very helpful, healthy and happy community dedicated to the betterment of all its citizens. We could use more jobs in our area as well as gentrification but overall we are a loving predominant and successful community that takes pride in helping others here and around the globe. It's prime for college students as well as the established and business crowd as well. There's room for development and affordable housing could be utilized as well.
