Central Islip Reviews
I've lived in this town my whole life and I love it! There's diversity and a very helpful, healthy and happy community dedicated to the betterment of all its citizens. We could use more jobs in our area as well as gentrification but overall we are a loving predominant and successful community that takes pride in helping others here and around the globe. It's prime for college students as well as the established and business crowd as well. There's room for development and affordable housing could be utilized as well.
This part of Long Island New York is a very safe and humbling area. Many people are not afforded the luxury to live in an area. Ive lived in Central Islip all throughout my childhood and now as a young adult, I would consider one day raising a family in the same area I grew up in on account of the safety, and family-like origin of a community.
The community has become more diverse and it growing in regards to business and safety. I lived in this area over a year but cumulative over 3 years. I rather this are than most due to diversity and access to every local park such as Heckscher Park & Robert Moses Park as well they are all within a 15-20 minute drive. Great for family gatherings during the summer.
