I've lived here for the past ten years and have met a lot of kind and wonderful people. I love how diverse it is and how everyone knows one another. It is convenient as well how a lot of things are located closely to my house, it's like I never have to leave!
I have lived in Central Falls since I was born, being part of this community has showed me that a city does not have to be large to be great. This very small city has a lot of history, whether it would be the clock tower or the small strip on dexter street that houses restaurants like Stanley's or Sparky's, The best hot dogs and hamburgers in my humble opinion. The diversity in the city is the biggest you are going to find, it houses and diverse amount of Hispanic, African American and other ethnicities. Central Falls houses The Holy Spirit which is a big beautiful church that sits right in the middle. Growing up here has been a great experience, the school system could use a small bit of work. It is not a perfect system, but slowly getting better.
I live in Central Falls and I think it is very diverse. There are many Spanish restaurants located in this city from different Spanish speaking countries such as Colombia, Mexico, El Salvador, etc. I am Colombian myself so I feel as though this city is very welcoming to different cultures as well as embracing it being the smallest city in Rhode Island.
