I enjoy the layback atmosphere. More country feel and the beautiful scenes. Not enough going on to keep people connected, unless you are in school
Muncie, Indiana is home to Ball State University, where David Letterman attended college. It is a decent enough little town for someone who has never lived anywhere with substance. I have lived all over the country, so my basis of comparison is ample.
Some neighborhoods are worse than others, but mine is pretty bad. There's been multiple criminal problems over the fifteen years I've lived here. Our house has been broken into more than once, the many neighbors have gotten in trouble with the cops, etc.
