Cedar Falls isn't all too bad. There is occasionally a decent nightlife with plenty of bars and deliciously unique restaurants, including gourmet cupcakes!!

It has something of interest for most people, other than it's nightlife. With plenty of water sources, e.g. rivers, lakes, etc.., those who fish will find it more than appealing. Want some exercise? Well don't fret, Cedar Falls features a well maintained and superbly scenic bike trail for miles.

Overall, it's fairly present in Cedar Falls. However, the bordering city of Waterloo is a bit dirty and brings my rating down to 3 stars as opposed to 4. Winters are kind of boring with few activities, which would bring my 5 down to 4 stars.

There is always something to do here, Main street is always my go-to place when I'm bored. I absolutely LOVE the schools here! All the teachers here love the students and try to help them in any way possible. I have lived here almost my entire life and I have always felt safe.
I was born and raised in Cedar Falls. It has always been a great place to live, not too big and not too small. I went away for college four years ago but am back now for the summer before I go off to graduate school. It’s been great to be back so far. Everyone is friendly here and almost anywhere you go you know someone. It’s a very safe city and has always been family friendly. Cedar falls has grown a lot throughout my lifetime but is it definitely a place I could see myself raising a family someday.
