Wonderful small, quiet community, very close to all conveniences! Elementary school are great (especially the charter), but middle school, high school is just average. Raised two kids here and would recommend it.
Review Castle Pines
Safe and beautiful place to live in the suburbs. There are trails and parks all over the place. Not far from Castle Rock or Park Meados Mall and the Lone Tree area so everything you need is in a 5 mile radius. If you enjoy nightlife and ethnic diversity, you arent going to find that here.
There isn't much crime here at all, but when it does happen, I feel liek the police are ineffective or slow to respond. Our HOA doesn't allow for unkept, messy, or unsightly homes, so it's a very aestetically pleasing place to live. However, many of the roads are starting to be riddled with potholes, and there's been a couple calls for improved street lighting in the past few years.
