When I first arrived to Casselberry I noticed how calm and friendly the area is. Everyone around is friendly and it's a very safe area. Definitely family friendly, as many UCF alumni or students live around here and commute to the school. There are a couple of parks around the area to enjoy and also a lot of stores to go explore! I'm enjoying my time here in this wonderful area.

Casselberry is a very quiet city right above orlando to live in. It's mainly housing neighborhoods and very spread out so there is not much of a night life like in a condensed city. The schools in this area are really good from what I have been told and the houses are very attractive for the price they are sold at. Neighbors are friendly, and the neighborhoods are safe due to a nearby police station as well as fire department right down the street.
Neighborhoods are pretty nice and the area is growing, however, I spend most of my time in Winter Park and Maitland area which surround the area. There are lots of eating and shopping places and only 20 minutes from downtown! I love my apartment complex and how close I am to work.
