A very quiet, small neighborhood, not a lot happens here. There are many stores and businesses so a resident never has to worry about driving far out. There is also an elementary, middle, and high school that are all connected to each other, Carrollton public schools. There are parks, gyms, and clubs, something that the whole family can enjoy. It is a very clean place, the residents take great care of the neighborhood. My experience here has been a very good one, even my friends who visit like it very much and one is planning to move here soon.

Carrollton is a good place to live, to raise a family & also a good place for kids to grow up ... I did here and my two children did as well. It is a community that takes good care of children. The community's compact size offers a good alternative for effectively functioning, from it's neighbor, the City of Saginaw. Carrollton offers all the services of a lager community, its own public school system, a 24/7 police department and a fire department. It is a safe community as evidenced by state & federal crime stats. Though small & less than affluent, Carrollton has a lot of heart and pride as well. There are nicer places & there are worse ... but It's a good place to be.
Pretty quiet town with a country yet in town feel. Neighbors are friendly. Close to town to be able to get groceries or have a good dinner. Schools are all located right by each other so it is easy for children to get form one to another. There are lots of recreation activities for students to do who are not at the high school level.
