I love this quiet, safe, and historical little town. A place where everybody knows someone in your family. The schools are great, housing is affordable, and the food is fresh. This country town serves you with a simple 'hello' and a friendly smile. It is a small community full of hard working farmers, inventors, and adventurers. The hospital in Canton, IL is small, but the quality of care is excellent. I guess you could say that this town is the perfect location to raise your kids.

I've lived in Canton, Illinois since birth. We have lots of outdoor recreation, fishing, hunting. Canton needs more industry, businesses.
My experience in Canton is probably exactly how everyone else's is. There isn't much to do, but Monicals is always great. You do the same thing and see the same people every weekend. I would like to see Canton upgrade their food choices and incorporate more quick, healthy options.
