Cannon Township Reviews
The Rockford area truly is a "great" area. The people are very friendly, I live in a neighborhood with a lot of kids and everyone tries to stay connected. I would most likely choose not to live here again, however, mainly because of the school size. My graduating class was between 700-800 students, a huge class! There were a shocking number of classmates I had never met at graduation which was so disappointing for me. I personally would prefer to live in a smaller town in a more rural area.
The neighborhood that I live in is large and very well-off. The yards are small and the houses are close together, however there is easy access to two lakes and trick or treating is fun and safe for young kids! I feel like the general are that I live in is the same way, nice houses and also great school systems.
What I love about West Michigan, is the abundance and variability of fun things to do here. From artisan markets, beach visits, local and Broadway theatre shows, u-pick farm experiences, zoos and parks, hiking and biking trails, and fabulous local restaurants, West Michigan has a little bit of everything.
