Caney Reviews
Rating 2.67 out of 5 3 reviews
It’s a small town that invented its own world. If you are not from three families then you are a nobody. Not to mention the incompetent police and the overwhelming amount of drugs. Not even to mention the disgusting, undrinkable water and the outrageous bills for amenities that don’t even work.
My sister moved to Caney a year ago and she has had criminals bothering her, coming to her door to ask for favors, food, and jobs. One night while I was visiting her, some guy knocked on her front door asking if she had any drugs to spare. The town seems to ongoingly have water issues and she has caught people in her back yard at night. Why are there so many convicted felons living there? I don't see what the attraction is.
Caney, Ks is a great place to live and to grow up. The town is small and the economy has declined, as everywhere in this country. The best asset of living in our small town is the kind and caring neighbors and friends. Crime is on the lower end and people are hard working for the most part. Living in a place where you feel not only safe, but you are expected to watch out for the safety of those around you, that is what I call, Home.
