Just moved into town September 2019. Loving it so far! Moved here from Honolulu, HI. So happy to be in Texas I don’t miss Hawaii at all.

I love Cameron, tx. I moved to Cameron about a year ago while serving on active duty in the army stationed at Fort Hood. The community comes together for everything. When someine is in a crisis the community supports. The restaurants donate to childrens sports teams. Restaurants such as Los Comales and Juanes. What i do not like and the inly thing i do not like is that there is no Wal-Mart. Other than that I dig it out here! :)
Cameron is a lovely town to live in. Great small town experience with a short drive to neighboring major cities.
