Cambridge is an amazing city to live in with it's high standards in regards to education, both primary and secondary, the amazing job opportunities that are offered in the technology sectors, as well as the great and often cheap public transportation as Cambridge is interconnected with the MBTA (The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority) public transit system. Unfortunately there isn't much to do at night beside going out for dining. There are a plethora of small businesses that offer amazing experiences to it's customers. However, the houses here are very expensive, often bein the the multi-millions. Cambridge has also been sufferings from gentrification as those who are living in the public housing are being moved constantly so that the buildings can be knocked down and rebuilt to be more modern and appealing to those who are moving into Cambridge.
I initially moved to Cambridge for school, and I love it! Yes, the winters can be a bit annoying - they're a bit longer than I'm used to. But everything else about Cambridge is A+. The public schools are amazing, and there are many universities in the area so it's a great place to be for young adults! Cambridge is rich with restaurants, bars, parks, and residential areas. You get to take advantage of all the opportunities in Boston, but live in a little bit quieter (and cheaper) area!
Everything about Cambridge is great! It's a very pretty city with remarkable history. It has one of the best colleges in the world; Harvard, which helped the city to be highly educated, even if they weren't Harvard students. There’s a significant number of highly intellectual people all around. Also, the city is rich in museums & galleries that encompasses a significant number historical artifacts & valuable knowledge. I also love how clean and environment friendly the city is. Plastic bags are prohibited & paper ones are charged to minimize waste. Recycling is really emphasized. Restaurants & cafes are endless! There are many highly reviewed places that are worth traveling to. Shopping is great at Cambridge! There are unlimited shopping options and there are many vintage and hand-made gift stores all around. People are nice and super friendly. The MBTA works well in Cambridge and connect it to the greater city of Boston, which makes commuting much easier.
