I love the fact it is a close knit town. A lot of mom and pop places. Everyone is always so friendly from my experience. The only issue is landlords have raised prices due to the oil and gas boom going on in the area.

It's a small town, and it's very nice, but it just feels too confining. I would rather be anonymous in a big city than famous in a small town.
There's quite a few jobs, basically minimum wage jobs.
