This area is very nice in the summer, there is so much to do then. However, in the winter it feels very depressing, a lot of things shut down for the winter and there is not much else to do around here. My husband and I know some people that live around here, that is why we chose to move up here. However, if I could do it all over again I would like to move to Texas. The one thing I do like about it is that I do feel safe in this area, which is very important since we have our son.

The police in this area I have seen around a lot. It definitely feels very safe, especially with being so close to a military base. There was an instance where people were trying to come into my apartment a few years ago, unwelcomed. I called the police and they immediately responded. It seems that every time I drive down the road I do see a police car and its reassuring that this area is safe.
I've only been here for a short time, but I've already fallen in love with how much there is to do and see, and how many interesting places there are to go.
