I have lived in Caguas since I was 2 years old. Caguas is a very beautiful and safe place. The town's plaza is always lighted up and families go there to have fun and watch movies. Also, on the last Friday of the month, there is a public gathering were craftsmen and food kiosks. The city has a lot of shopping centers but the main one is Las Catalinas. Caguas has sports representation. Caguas volleyball team, Las Criollas, are the 4-time winner of the La Liga superior de Voleibol Femenino. The baseball team won in 2018. The town is very family-friendly. Caguas has a botanical garden, which is very beautiful.

My experience in Caguas, Puerto Rico has been a good one. I've lived there all my life and it's been very nice. Everything is near you; the supper market, the pharmacy, the mall, the plaza and schools. Something that I like about Caguas is that the community is very united and the city make activities for the people from all around to enjoy. The only thing that I would change is the education system because now a days, public schools are not the best and the families need to depend on a private school to educate their children.
I have lived all my life here in Caguas. This town is not safe during the night. There are not many police around (even during the day). There are many shops for shopping which is good. The schools are above average. The restaurants are above average. The people are hit or miss. If you are driving slow, some will try to get in front of you... even during a lot and bad traffic. The roads are poorly maintained... a lot of pot holes and when it rains, you see lakes everywhere.
As a whole, the present mayor has done a poor job fixing this town. The positive side is that houses are cheap (some of them). Many people are leaving for the States because they want a better quality life and a safer place to live.
