Cadiz is a nice, small town that is community focused- it's a great place to raise kids. However, with it being a small town the local job market isn't booming and neither is the entertainment.

Cadiz is a small town where everyone knows everyone. Nothing too special about this place since the pipeliners moved in.
If people have grown up here, they are pretty friendly. There is some diversity.
