I prefer the opportunities and options in the bigger cities. I enjoy the local theatre and music productions, but there isn't much opportunity for job opportunities in the interest area I have in the immediate area.
The biggest problem Yankton sees is the flooding issue. My freshman year in high school flooding affected the entire town and we had to rally together to build sand walls. Last year during the summer Yankton was severely affected with drought, this caused farmers to lose money due to crops not being able to prosper.
