Washtenaw County is home to the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. It is always bustling with life and it is very family friendly.
It's a very nice area with caring people and good opportunities. It is in it's own area so you aren't in a crowded city, but just a short drive can get you to a different atmosphere. I think that this community is becoming more liberal and I believe it will become more accepting of change over the years. I would definitely live here again and would rate this a 4/5.
