I have lived in Washington County all my life. I am currently a high school student at Washington High School. I believe that our schools are very safe. The police station is right across the street from the middle school, a few blocks away from the upper-elementary school, and just a few minutes away from the high school and our other elementary school. We do have quite a bit of diversity in the town. The price range for houses and apartments is perfect for those who would like cheaper options or are able to purchase a house that is more expensive. If someone has a job in town, they will most likely not have to travel far to get there. There have always been many job opportunities all around our town. We have three fast-food restaurants in town, but we also have other options that offer healthier foods.

Very friendly atmosphere. I feel very safe in this area, almost safe enough to leave my car unlocked at night. People around are very welcoming and helpful. Very affordable place to live as well
The businesses that are here in Washington are generally good. But there isn't a whole lot here, and nothing extravagantly excellent.
