We live in a small rural town.

There is back roads with low traffic that can be good for running, biking, walking, etc,

We have a community center for children after school. There is a treadmill and some weights there, but adults are not allowed to exercise there.

There is also the high school track that is accessible during the spring-fall.
SW Michigan has plenty to do in the summer and winter, with festivals, fairs, concerts, skiing, U-picks, beaches, campgrounds, etc.
