Utah County is beginning to flourish into a very dynamic, entrepreneurial and innovative region.
The quality of life is generally very good in this area, as a result of having abundant job opportunities and a very dynamic software/Information Technology oriented economy.
The cost of living is manageable and there are abundant opportunities for outdoor recreation.
Furthermore, the local residents are extremely kind, concerned and thoughtful.
My largest quibble with this area is the comparative lack of religious or cultural diversity and the heavily conservative political composition of the area.

I've loved living here! So safe and welcoming. From the country side of Lindon to the booming suburbs of Lehi, you get everything here.
I would rate Utah county as an overall average area. It is a very friendly environment and accepting of diversity. The nightlife consists of smaller bars and a close environment rather than large clubs like some bigger areas in Utah. The residents are friendly and approachable. If I were to suggest any changes it would be more work opportunities locally. As housing rates are not super high, individuals are likely to locate there, but will have to travel for jobs. Although this is a smaller area of Utah, preventing a large amount of traffic might be admirable. But a more local opportunity would be great
