Overall the community is intimate; however people here also tend to be relatively conservative and somewhat close-minded. Major budget cuts have deeply impacted the schools here and as such, education is becoming more and more limited to higher income families. Living here isn't terrible but it is a struggle at times.

I live in a small town and attend the local public high school. It has been a great experience growing up here and knowing practically everyone at my school. I attended a private Catholic school from Pre-K to 8th grade, and this was also a great experience.
The people are wonderful. They are kind and willing to help. I love their decorations for Christmas! it's a small town and not a lot to do but it is inbetween two big cities so activities are not far away!
