It's a small, quaint town that is trying hard to revitalize itself. However, there are many issues that need to be addressed. The town square has many businesses that are now defunct. Many roads are in need of repair, as well as some railroad crossings. The current mayor is doing what he can with the resources he has to correct these issues though.
Sullivan is a small town in the southwestern area of Indiana. They boast Sullivan lake and park dor camping, boating, fishing, swimming, and many other outdoor activities. There ia also Sullivan Greene State forest with the DNR wildlife area. If you enjoy the outdoors then Sullivan is the place to visit.
