Overall great community. I enjoy living here. Great food and drinks Nice restaurants and safe living.
St. Louis is an incredibly unique place. Throughout the county, you can see varying levels of income, various ethnic backgrounds, various political affiliations, and it's pretty fantastic
I have to say, the worst part about the county is that the further west you go, the creepier it gets. If you want to avoid seeing some creepy dystopian McMansion Paradise, don't go west of Chesterfield.

Loads of fantastic restaurants including local only and nationally aclaimed. Whatever type of person you are looking for, you can find.
Stlouis county is a small community in StLouis. We care for our neighbors. We are some of the safest places in St. Louis.
I grew up here. The crime rate is getting worse due to unemployment rate. Not enough police protection and many corrupt officers.
Overall I like the atmosphere. I consider st.Louis county to overall be safe. I think some parts of the county could use an upgrade. For instance, low income areas need affordable healthcare centers and accessible affordable grocery stores.
Growing up in St. Louis I was able to experience a big city living with many of the benefits of small-town living. St. Louis has a variety of entertainment, restaurants, pubs, bars, and just fun places. There is literally something for everyone no matter ethnicity, socio-economic background, or religious affiliation. I very much enjoy attending the greek festival every year in addition to the multi-cultural festival they have every year. If you're a lover of art Clayton hosts the art crawl which boasts many local artists as well as famed local restaurants from all over St. Louis, MO. If you're a fan of beer, and who isn't, Saint Louis has quite a few breweries that even offer tours and tastings. We have our own Craft Beer Cellar which sells beers that are local and from all over the world, they have 10 beers on tap. In addition to their beer offerings, they also have small-batch and craft spirits that are simply amazing; also Oceano has the best happy hour in Clayton, MO.
St. Louis County is overall a decent place to live. As a teenager, there is limited things to do here, but it is nice to live and grow up in a relatively safe area in a great public school system. However, because of the city and county divide, there is definitely still tension on issues such as class and race. Overall, St. Louis County is an average place to live, there are many opportunities here, but the downside is the divide between the city and county, and how that affects policies.
St. Louis county is a good place to grow up. There are a lot of parks and its very safe. Also amazing public schools. But, I would like the county to be more diverse.
Pretty big city. Nice scenery. Weather is crazy. Property line is very apparent. Lots of different cultures here.
I like living in St Louis County because its location is very centralized to other places in the St Louis area. It is affordable and has a diverse community around me.
I would like to see global food markets in St. Louis county. You have to travel further to find the grocery stores that carry a myriad of different cultural foods.
My experiences in this region are tied to how the environment has reacted to my ethnicity instead of my identity.
I learned we have really good IMO’s Food and horrible impatient drivers and nice neighborhood community. Our schools are way better in the county for the youth then the city it’s just safe and the more safe the more comfortable you feel learning knowledge. However the parks and grocery stores aren’t to far for your home. our community does need to be cleaned up more and cared for.
living in st. Louis county, I always feel safe. I never feel as though I am going to get myself in a troubling situations, nor do I find myself in dangerous situations.
st.louis county is a great place if you want to live in somewhere affordability, safety, and have high great public schools. it also has a lot of job offerings.
Current resident and student in the area. Has some of the best school districts in Missouri & the colleges in St. Louis aren't bad either.
