We have good food and the beach! I used to live in MO, and I think I liked where I lived there better, but St. John’s is still awesome. There are great schools and I feel like I have gotten a good education without being in private school. St. John’s also has a great community aspect, especially the neighborhood I live in, which is nice!
Saint Johns County is close to it all! I have the beach no more than thirty minutes away from me, the downtown Jacksonville area extremely close! I feel safe where I live and I think that is what is most important. My neighbors are nice and keep to themselves most times.
This is an amazing community that not only has exquisite schools, but it has an old, interesting history. St. Johns county encompasses St. Augustine, which is one of the oldest cities in the nation. St. Augustine is filled with character and interesting facts about its past. There is a fort that has been standing since 1672. Castillo de San Marcos is filled with fun facts about the wars the fort survived. The northern part of St. Johns is where World Gold Village is located. Golf enthusiasts come from around the nation for golf events in this lush neighborhood. Between the rich history and intricate golf courses, I do not want to live anywhere else.
