Family, Family, Family ! Great place to raise kids. Not so great for singles, except for romantic vacation. Not much by way of medical services ( no hospitals) on islands, so stay healthy, my friends. But the scenery? Like living in a postcard.

Beautiful place! I love these islands and 100% recommend living here or vacationing here. Everyone is extremely friendly and easy-going. Perfect!
The San Juans are a wonderful place to grow up and raise a family. The community is very giving, loving, and connected. Work here can be seasonal as most restaurants and tourist attractions close or slow down. Schools are great with lots of hand on learning.
