Putnam County Reviews

1 review
There needs to be some change. Public school systems need to be updated, and new businesses need to be allowed to come into the county. There needs to be a change in all leadership, and the people must be willing to allow for those changes. Education also need to be addressed, but there have been some changes. Overall, this county isn’t in a good spot, but I feel it has the potential to do much better.
