I have lived in this county for about 14 years. The board of supervisors really care about the students, the schools, and the cities within the county! They constantly update residents of issues that arise or fun local events that occur. PWCS is one of the best counties in Virginia!

Great area for families and children! Friendly people all around with many places to enjoy your time with close commute. The school are great there are many to choose from for your children.
It is a nice area to live in, has great schools. Easy accessible resources for living. Having moved to PWCS from a small town in Ohio was very hard for me to cope with, but with a large county comes with its perks too. For example, theres a large population of students my age that i can connect with and make sustained relationships with them.
