Dont even get a traffic ticket in pope county. The presiding judge Bourne at the current moment is one of the most corrupt judges I've ever seen. Not following the law but making his own. Which study's have shown judges tend to make there own law but this judge takes it to the next level. Not only does he do this but he tends to act like he is a comedian in a stand up comedy. Who hates being disrespected but disrespects almost any and every one. He will try to take your money and time. There is talk about him buying his way like any old crook. I will repeat it again i have never seen a judge abuse his power like this one.
