Pedestrians/bicyclists are sparse, the parking is never and issue and FREE, if you live in the city you can walk downtown and everything you need is there, public transportation is not a thing and there is rarely ever a problem with traffic congestion.

Mainly the only job opportunities in this area are jobs in the family. Every business is mainly a family run business so that doesn't allow for much employment for people coming from outside of the area.
I love living in a small town where everybody knows everybody. The support is unreal and I wouldn't trade it to live anywhere else.
