As someone who has only been living in Nueces for the past few years, I can say that I am very disappointed in its quality. After living out-of-state and experiencing how the world works, I feel as though Nueces is equivalent to a time warp. The homes and buildings are dated, the streets are a mess, and the quality of life is poor. However, I do believe that the county has promising potential.

There is always something to do in this community, I believe that is mostly due to the vast array of cultures that live within this community. Once a year there is a jazz festival, during the summer there are live band in the ample theater in one of the local parks that is free to the public. There are also the restaurants in the area, which in this city if there is just about every ethnic food the area.
I love Nueces County it is a city that isn't too big yet isn't too small it it's exactly what I like. They have good schools in the area and provide various options for things to do. It is a nice town that is moving in the right direction and it is continuing to grow and bringing more money to the community
