Nottoway County, is the Everyone knows everyone county. We have just enough to get by. Grocery stores, restaurants, schools, small towns, and public parks. I've always been fascinated with big cities and huge crowds. Now that I am older, I appreciate how little my town is. We know everyone and its easy to stand up for what we believe in.
Nice area. Not a whole lot to do, but Blackstone & Crewe are cute towns to walk around & have lunch at. The county is getting more populated & there are more neighborhoods being developed so hopefully there will be some more shops & activities to be developed. As for now, I enjoy the rural area before it becomes suburban
All towns and cities will have their issues, the police cannot be everywhere at once. Since our town is so small sometimes there are not a lot of policemen on duty therefore that concerns me sometimes but overall it is not too bad.
