Being in the middle of the U.S. we really don't find many weather issues. The four seasons are your average descriptions. Winter, we have an occasional snowstorm with frosty air. Spring, we have our thunderstorms every now and then with the temperature changing constantly. Summer, we have the sunny skies and really warm weather. Fall, we have the chilly nights with the leaves changing colors.

Most businesses are local family owned, nothing too popular for outside cities. We have a good variety of restaurants, gas stations, salons, and convenient stores. All the stores are kept nice and clean and the employees are very easy to get along with. It's basically everybody knows everybody.
The weather can be extremely nice, but we do have some humid summers. However, there are PLENTY of creeks, lakes and ponds to cool off in!
