The local businesses consist of gas stations and convenience stores mainly. We need more variety, all of the shops that are around do not have a very wide variety or very low prices. You do better shopping online rather than going out and finding something around here.

The crime and safety in this area is okay. You feel safe in the area because there are no gangs or anything like that, the police are around and there aren't many crimes other than drunk driving and not wearing your seat belt.
The employment is almost zero. All we have for people to make something of themselves is the Coal Mines and there all about to suffer due to the Carbon Tax.
