Depending on neighborhoods, many have low income housing mixed with homes. With high crime and unrest in neighborhoods. County has waste of tax dollars, example , they give tax dollars to non profits companies. Not enough police to enforce local and state laws. Over tax on property values, unable to get fair deal with the vaule added boards. Has good location to travel from.

This county is big enough to have all stores you would ever need, but small enough to easily get from location to location is a short amount of time. The people are generally friendly and I feel safe walking around, even at dark. Overall is a safe, fun place to live and work in.
Very clean and not too congested. Conservatively run. Plenty of restaurants and shopping. Affordable homes. Plenty of open land.
