I feel that as though the people in Maricopa can do better by following rules, such as driving, there are a lot of problems with the education here. Children have more time at home than at school and as a result, children are having more problems retaining the information they are supposed to be learning. Another problem is that there are a lot of students but not enough teachers which becomes a massive problem because teachers are overwhelmed and don't have enough space in classrooms. Children here are also VERY disruptive and need to learn how to follow directions. But I do like that there are more stores to go here now before there was only a hand full of stores to go to but now there is a lot of construction going on which is exciting!! Overall I think that Maricopa can improve on lots of things but it is more so the people who live here rather than the people who run things here. The Diversity in Maricopa is fairly nice and it's something that you don't find everywhere.
I am in love with Maricopa County and the loving neighbors, city members, and staff. I was born in Surprise, Arizona and I have traveled around the world. The connection I have with Surprise is like no other. The community is so inviting and family-like. My parents moved to Surprise straight out of college and knew that Surprise was the place they wanted to raise my sister and I. They immediately met friends that turned into family and were welcomed to the community with open arms. I am forever grateful for Surprise, Arizona. The place that raised me and made me a better person.
Maricopa County is a beautiful to live. I thoroughly enjoy walking and driving in a county that prides itself on cleanliness and holds the residents responsible for littering of all kinds. Maricopa County has many sectors and communities where they cater to each group and ethnicity that resides here. Maricopa County is the first county where I have lived where it is all-inclusive and very inviting no matter the race, creed, and nationality. Maricopa County is a melting pot and all races are welcomed.
What I would like to encourage a change towards would be integrating the communities more. There is a segregation or divide amongst the variations of communities. You have small communities with-in a larger community. To help promote healthy social interactions in each of the communities, bring generations together to share knowledge and pass of ideas to one another. Encourage positive relationship building without analyzing and dissecting ones social class.
