Mahoning County Reviews
My background is a San Francisco native that has also lived in Portland, New Orleans and Pittsburgh so, clearly, I'm a bit biased in regards to the suburbs. However, my past year as a resident in Mahoning County has been good primarily for 1 relevant reason--the affordability. I currently am a full-time student working part-time for a non-profit agency, and am still able to afford the mortgage on a cute little house. In fact the mortgage is less than various small apartments I've had in the past. This type of affordability comes at a price; there isn't a plethora of things to do here. Nonetheless, you research and appreciate the few "third places" that you do have out here! I'm enjoying myself and plan on being here at least another two years in order to save and acquire my degree.
Good community with everyone trying to help each out in the best way possible, some of the best schools that want what is best for everyone student that comes through.
