It's a very small community but it feels like a family. Everyone knows each other and everyone helps each other in business. The downtown is amazing!!! It's always buzzing in the morning with local restaurants such as Troys and Mexican Grill open.

I have lived in Macon all my life and it has been great up until the last 7 years. Killings and gang violence has really gotten out of had. I would loved to see my community take back Macon and make it the tourist town that people would love to come and see.
