I was raised in Lenoir, NC. Lenoir is a nice safe place to raise a family. There are parts that are better than others but overall, there isn't much to do here. The hang out spots are the Walmart parking lot and Cookout of Friday nights. We're all overweight because the only things to do are eat. The only place to go is Bo's Bowling but we went there so much when we were in middle school that everybody is tired of it now.

This county is a small area. Nice and pleasant. Lived here for 4 years and enjoyed the affordable pricing for living. People are always saying hi to each other even if you are not related.
I have grown up in Lenoir county and find it to be a comfortable place to live. I would like to see the property taxes decrease and it would be nice to see more family activities available that are affordable
