I've lived in LaRue county my whole life. I like the fact that it's a small community where everyone knows each other. Also, the fact that the town where I reside in is in the south resonates with the way people treat each other here. Southern hospitality and small town charm are real things and this shows in LaRue county.

This county is small, like very small. Not a lot goes on here, but that's the good part. There's hardly any crime here, hardly any bad events happen. The school system is great, the people are great. I'd reccomend this county to anyone wanting to get away from the life of bigger places.
I love Hodgenville, KY. It's a wonderful small town with a multitude of friendly people. I definitely would not mind living here for the rest of my life if there were more job opportunities. There aren't many opportunities for careers unless someone is willing to drive to a larger city, which could take 45 minutes to an hour. Otherwise, this is a place I would like to stay for the rest of my life.
