La Paz County Reviews

This county needs a serious internal audit of it's police department. To be a person of color, especially young and black, should prepare to pulled over for absolutely no reason and detained. You will be asked if you smoke weed, where you are going, etc. You will then be ticketed for things like air fresheners on the mirror or driving 5 miles UNDER the limit and fined hundreds of dollars. They bank, quite literally, on you not having the ability to fight it in their courts. If you do, they don't even come and the case has to be dropped. This should not be happening in this county or anywhere. Oh, and let's not forget those road side markets that they continue to sell reproduction slave day and discriminatory black memorabilia.
