Loved it, I lived in Hoke for 8 years. Its a very military town that has so much to offer its residence. Its very close to Myrtle Beach if you want sun and sand or the same distance you can end up in the mountains in Ashville. The schools are rated higher than other counties in NC. Safety was never a factor for me, and I lived alone.

We are a military family and we had wonderful neighbors. I definatley would move back for the community, not so much the rental property unless we purchased it at a great price and remodeled the house. The neighborhood is what we loved the most.
grown up here all my life. One thing I would like to change is more high schools. theres only two and there not that great
