This is a nice part of town, it is pet friendly, with lots of parks and stores to shop in. We are a short drive to an international mall, and a little north there is a brand new outlet mall that just opened up! About 30 mins West is Clearwater beach! It’s sunny and many thing to do here! Everything is within a close distance and lots of activities for kids as well from bowling alleys to movie theaters!
Hillsborough County, and especially the area surrounding University of South Florida in Temple Terrace is an especially diverse and fun place to live. However, due to the locations safety concerns and the night life atmosphere it is a very unfriendly place for families and children.
