Harrison County Reviews

I like Harrison County because it has the old, country town feel, but, has everything or business you need. It has been voted "America's Friendliest Town" at least twice. People are very nice and willing to help each other. It is not too big or small. I love the history, old victorian homes and the fact that they still have the old bricks paving the street in downtown. Leave the city and the beautiful countryside of the pineywoods are right there! Take a deep breathe and smell fresh cut hay... puts a smile on your face!
If you love or need a big city, Shreveport La. is on one side and Longview, Tx. is on the other. You have the best of all worlds.

Harrison county laws and cops suck. The are incompetent at doing there job. No matter how hard you try to push the issue they dont care to see that the wrong is
It's an ok town. Just not much to do here and its really not safe for the children. The police are more worried about making money than prote ting and serving.
