      I have yet to hear about any crime here. Although there are no visible cops around, there are no crimes.

      My experience has been fair. The area is very quiet and peaceful, but it can also get very boring because there is not much to do around there. I might choose to live here again when I am much older and looking for something mellow. I don't see the area changing much in the coming years.
      In the area, people watch out for each other so there isn't much need for police action all the time.
