Forsyth County is located in the piedmont region of North Carolina. It’s a county that revolves around the city of WInston-Salem, North Carolina. It is overall a nice place to live; there are several wonderful schools, beautiful historical sights such as Old Salem, and everything you need can be driven to. Like all places; there are bad parts of the county, but overall it is a good place to live.

I lived here during my Undergrad and can say I didn't have a bad experience. I felt safe and the town itself has much history.
